how do you get up after a fall ( or is it not avalible in the demo?)

I didn't get it yet but does it tell u how to break ur fall or is it just something u can do?

@justdam7 the game has a bail mode where you can tweak your body in mid air into 4 diff positions, you have to use them + tricky filming to make it look real
