  • Oh shit, son, Zinnia told you what's up.

  • So ... you agree with ZJ? Technically, a skin cell from a human is a human if you distinguish things by your logic, making it ilegal to vauum your house because of the scattered, dead skin cells everywhere. A person is not just one cell. A person is a cognitive creature. There's no way that a few tiny cells are cognitive when they don't even have a brain.

  • Union Pacific Ry. Co. v. Botsford, 1891"no right is held more sacred, or is more carefully guarded, by the common law, than the right of every individual to the possession and control of his own person."; Schloendorff v. Society of New York Hosp., N.Y. 1914 “Every human being of adult years and sound mind has a right to determine what shall be done with his own body; and a surgeon who performs an operation without his patient's consent commits an assault, for which he is liable in damages. ”

  • @Novjunulo The right to privacy is not mentioned in the Constitution, either, yet is inferred from such things as the due process clause which protects against unlawfull search and seizure. It usually entails a general right to security of person, resting on the foundational right to bodily integrity. It is the latter which renders forced vaccinations unconstitutional and prevents the police from taking blood samples against your will.

  • You got stomped, broulo.

  • so at what point are you looking at that says a embryo is a person? medical science says a embryo don't develop a brain capable of dreaming till the second trimester, i.e. after four months.

did you EVER read a Grey's Anatomy before?

and what about women that are raped and want to have a abortion as is their RIGHT. Roe vs. Wade? forget that one?

  • @Novjunulo

Well... its been a year but whatever...

"aimed to "provide equality and rights to all human beings at every stage of biological development". This step could have eventually eliminate all types of induced abortion for nearly any reason in the state of North Dakota."

The Constitution is supposed to protect peoples individual rights to do to themselves what they want and have control of their own body as well.

  • I can hear your hard drive.

...it's not the good sound, either.

  • You don't understand law at all do you kid?

  • Neigh, neigh. Candy mountain, charlie!
