the mobo may cause this from a bad overclock
try to short the cmos
or take out the mobo batery , clean it only with something smooth(without water) and put it back
the see what happens if it doesn't work the take out everything and put them back from the ram to video card
then tell me what happens

yes, it was a faulty motherboard. But you can try taking the bios battery out for 1 min then reattaching it back to see if you get anything.
