Alice in Wonderland Inspired Tutorial

This makeup look can also be used as a doll or anime / cartoon kind of look. I simply drew inspiration from Alice's clothing. The makeup she wears is rather neutral and minimal but I wanted to add more fun and color for Halloween =)

I got the Alice in Wonderland wig on clearance at a Party City store a couple weeks ago and figured I should make use of it =D
