Not sure what to call this exercise. Just uploading to get opinions on what it's called.

  • @livingdots its a legitmate exercise, its a variet on the glute ham raise

  • Geez, another moron... And I see people doing absolutely stupid shit on the hyperextension bench all the time at the gym also. Go to exrx.net to learn how to do it correctly.

  • @chrisboudreaux I personally dont think she is taking her spine beyond straight though, because she is pulling her hips back as well. looks like she is slightly hitting her hamstrings at then end, fairly minimally though because she already has momentum but just that her spine doesnt seem to be overextending at any point. thats just my opinion though

  • Since nobody has confirmed this exercise, it is a weighted hyper extension. It's not a glute ham raise, but the extra extension might slightly work the hamstrings. With that said, it LOOKS dangerous to the spine when you're body goes beyond straight. (if that makes any sense) I would just recommend doing the two exercises separately.

  • what the earth with a curse or what the fuck with a curse. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

  • what the fuck

  • Shall be gathered together

  • Shall be gathered together

  • What a curse. What a lie.

  • Heck if I know. What a nut.
