well those are probly just bilboard ads cause its supposed to look like a real city not a fake one and in the city there is billboards and on them ads with telephone numbers.

well after watchin the movie in hd and watching spekial features i noticed how the director wanted alot of the things in the movie like this "phone number" to be a thought of piece to some puzzle that the viewer thinks has some signifcant effect when in fact it really doesnt....so for all you idoits out there it really doesnt mean anything its just part of the movie setup
