girl you are looking good....you are so right with all you said about you feel diiferent when you are over weigh, i use to make sure i ddnt look in the mirror when getting in or out of the shower, and hot to mention when you couldnt warp yourself in a towel you had the gap. Lawd i dont want to go back that.

great video..i was skeptical about the hcg diet..my cousins are doing it..i have a question..how do u know if its the REAL HCG and then i hear there are droplets and then injections..can u explain,,maybe in a new video
