TBS Cooling Tunnels feature:
- Nose bar is adjustable on infeed and discharge of cooling tunnel
- Each cooling tunnel chamber lifts to provide easy access for sanitation, covers built of light weight aluminum
- Refrigerated or glycol cooled designed cooling tunnels, specific to customer's needs
- Phenolic coated coils, Heatcraft coils, and Bohn condensing units provide cooling capabilities, specific for each customer's products, including chocolate or enrobed applications
- Each evaporation chamber contains a dual fan assembly designed for specific CFMs of air movement throughout the cooling tunnel as well as defrosting and condensation removal
- Zone controls
- Stainless steel infeed and discharge and belt pans over live roll nose bars with pneumatic belt tracking and tensioning
- 2 roll drive system
- Main frame of cooling tunnel powder coated for durability
