  • ありがとうございます!

    昭和30年代テレビが普及し始めた頃でみんな夢中で観てました!

    丁度映画からテレビに変わる頃です!

  • thank you so much: what a great version of the theme and choice of stills from the series. it's one of my favourites on dvd as well. i join with the other guys in saying how much australian fans appreciate what you've done.

  • Thank you for seeing.

  • Thank you.

It was a television program that had been seen every week in childhood.

It is very glad that there is "Onmitsu Kenshi" fan in Australia.

  • katsukatsu8, thank you very much for uploading this perfect song!

Being a true fan of old jidaigeki, I'm going to search for Shintaro series, but it's very hard to find here in Russia :(

Can you please help me with the lyrics to this song? I'm just a beginner in Japanese and can't get the meaning by ear. And who sings it? Very beautiful voice.

  • 素晴しい、戦後昭和の人情が歌唱に現れています、当時の人生、家族等が想い起こされ

    て涙です。

  • @katsukatsu8 yes, it would--but as far as i know it hasn't been shown yet on australian television. i suspect that one day it will, with replays of 'phantom agent'. i was fascinated by the theme and your collection of stills.

  • @freetime2006

    Thank you!

It was televised in Japan for from 1962 to 1964.

I am the program which I still watched in the days of a primary schoolchild.

In Australia, why will a secret fencer be popular?

  • Thank you very much! I am from Australia and remember hurrying home from school to see what Shintaro and Tombe of the Mist were up to.Early 60`s.

    Domo arigato!

  • @katsukatsu8 sorry, katsukatsu 8, i cannot read japanese. if you can get me an english version, i shall be happy to reply.

  • I'm from Australia too, but grew up in Singapore. I love Shintaro and Tombe.....lol. Too many episodes even if I can find it :-)) But basically, I grew up listening and singing enka. Small world....

  • i love shintaro
