I believe Garr learns Kyrie at level 26. And yes you can learn Kyrie from the Master Hondara at Urkan Tapa after 5 levels. But you need to learn all of Master Durandal skills before he decide to be your Master.

Yeah, I would've used it because I'm a jerk that way, AND... I don't remember what level he has to be to learn it... -_-; I think you can learn it from a Master.
