I run a few speed tests of T-Mobile and Sprint to prove I am not getting the speeds promised, claimed, or what I pay for.

  • Sprint did tons of upgrades in San Francisco update your PRL by dialing *228 and update your data profile by going to system settings > about phone > sprint system updates and selecting Update Proflie

  • on 4g i get 8-10 mbs and with sprint 3g i get 1.5

  • @TheBrandonManSeries me to but on a sprint optimus s

  • Wow t mobile so call 4g, what a shame my AT&T edger is way faster than that. T mobile is shit. Forget sprint because they r total garbage.

  • i just got 1412 kbps down on virgin mobile 3g

  • lol Im on virgin mobile 3g and im getting average speeds of 1 mbps down and and 600 kbps up

  • I pay $70 a month MAX, and thats with 5GB data and unlimited mins. Coverage is also pretty darn good here in my area and if u have no coverage say inside your house or inside a building. U can use the WiFi calling feature every T-Mobile Smart Phone has to give u added reception in bad areas. Of course as long as there is an WiFi connection, Lol. Which just about everyone has nowadays. NO network is perfect, But I strongly believe T-mobile is the best bang for your dollar out of the big 4.

  • T-mobile's tower in that area must be needing maintenance. Cause this is just pita-full. I have an MyTouch 4G and I get on average 6-7MB down and 1-2MB up in my apartment in Metro Atlanta. During non-Peak hours I can get up to 12MB down and 2-3MB up. Of course thats between the hrs of 9pm - 8am, when there isn't alot of people on the network. Verizon's 4G LTE is the fastest network as of right now, but at a insane price per month. For 1 line u can expect on average $110 a month.

  • I feel you man, were leaving tmobile too because that speed is to ridiculous. Its like you said "2G Speeds". We are looking into either sprint or verizon? But after you showed sprints service i think im going to have to chose verizon.
