Receiving the Radio Santa Helena transmission on 11092,5 kHz directed to Japan with my Degen DE1103 and a active loop antenna Degen DE31, 15/Nov/2008 in Brasilia, Brasil. Sorry for the overloaded audio on the video.

  • No, this DE31 Antenna is sold separatelly. It's very useful for small spaces, and if well positioned (N-S in my case) it is very good. Search on ebay for DE31 antenna.

    rgrds.

  • I just bought one for 70$ thats with shipping, it comes with the antenna right?

  • Hi gmcjetpilot,

The DE1103 really worth the price. But mine uses the AA batteries.

I'll buy another DE31 antenna, this one showed on the video, got wet after a rainfall and simply stopped working.

    Thanks for watching!

  • I have a DE1103 great little radio for the size prize its a bargain. It is not best at everything just very good at many things. The small size and 4 AAA MNH bats are great.

The DE31 antenna is great. I have the sasem or simular TG34 (which is like the DE31MS). It does MW and SW.
