@cajigasloveshotdogs If that is the strength of your prescription you might find they help if your eyes feel tired even if you are not reading or looking at something close up. If your eyes feel tired regularly it might be an idea to wear your glasses all the time. A friend of mine has glasses with a prescription close to yours and she wears them all the time.
