if you're gonna do that you need pointe shoes with TAPS. that is not what they are meant for and its harmful to the shoes.

@jtdancer5937 I was just fooling around. Gosh. It's not like I do this for a living. I do more classical ballet than anything else. This was like two years ago. I am not going to kill my 100$ pointe shoes doing toe tap every day at home.

@mikemartlet I'm not interested in sex. I was just having fun.  By the way, I haven't toe tapped in a really long time. And I don't plan on doing anymore anytime soon.

Sorry I forgot that you were American; in the UK a lack of interest in sex is regarded as an unhealthy condition for both mind and body.

Since the survival of the species is dependent on sex, we are conditioned through natural selection to find a sense of pleasure in knowing that we are attractive to others; whatever pre 'third wave' feminists may tell us!

@mikemartlet It's fine. I am part ENglish. I understand. Right now sex is not an option for me because I am dealing with injuries that may be permanent and I can not take a chance in possibly becoming pregnant, My body can not bear excess weight. I'm sure you understand.

@dancerforlife62 what are pointe shoes meant for then there meant for dancing and this is just a variasion of the normal dance they are used for just because it isn't the original way they were used doesn't mean its not what they were 'meant' for :L
