Engine:

225 Slant Six will approximately 80K. (pulled from low-mileage original '66 Dart) Converted to 2bbl "Supersix" induction and carb. Carb was rebuilt last year. Pertronix electronic ignition. Recent tune-up with long reach spark plugs.

Transmission:

904 3-speed automatic, pulled from same low-mileage '66 Dart. Shifts smooth and no slippage.

Body:

Original California/Oregon car. Has been garaged the entire time I've owned it (12 years). No rust. The car has some bondo in areas because when I bought the car it did not have any trim on it. The previous owner had bondo'd over the holes. I opened the holes back up and reinstalled the trim. I replaced the trunk because the original one had holes from an aftermarket third brake light. The trunk has the trim pieces from a 270 model because I thought it looked better than the GT trim. Car is missing the lower rocker panel trim and the wheel well trim. Wiper seals were also replaced. There are some typical dings and dents on the body. The passenger rear fender lip was pushed in, which is probably the worst dent on the car. The body shop said it would be no problem to pull it out. Lastly, the car had some aftermarket trim installed down the sides of the car. I removed it- you can see the old paint under it in the pictures. There are some small holes from the trim down the side of the car. They're probably 1/16" in diameter. Easy to weld up.

Glass:

All glass is good. Windshield and gasket were replaced with new a few years back. All weather stripping was replaced at that time. Whisker strips are still original, however.

Interior:

Most of the interior restored. New front seat covers with new foam, seat backs restored. Rear seat is in fair condition with some sun damage on the very top. Package tray was replaced. Carpet was replaced. Door panels were restored, passenger rear panel is starting to curl a little. Dash pad is original and not cracked. All gauges work. Console was also restored. No headliner- I was waiting on this until after paint so I could get to all the trim nuts/screws. Has a tape player and a CD changer in the trunk.

Suspension/Brakes:

Car converted to 4.5" bolt pattern (big bolt pattern). 7.25 rear end with new leaf springs and bushings. Late model Dart disc brakes. New rotors and rebuilt calipers. Front end rebuilt with all Moog parts. Offset upper control arm bushings for more caster. KYB shocks. 340 spec torsion bars, 1.125" Addco front sway bar. Entire car lowered approximately 1". Car handles very well.

All brake lines were also replaced. Adjustable rear brake bias.
