I was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis in 2003 at the age of 16, When I was diagnosed I had no idea what this was, now that I've lived with it for so long, I am more and more aware that this is still an unfamiliar subject, and I couldn't have gotten through this past year without a friend that I made that has this same condition. So, I made this video to try and help "get the word out"

@MasculineCollarSpeak Same here i got spasism when i was 7 , but thought it was from holding gas back. I got uti at age 6, 10 and 22. 22,i thought it was from drinking to much tea and the bad thing,i'm learning more on the net then the doctars.

I was diagnosed at age 17 during IC awareness month! It has been very hard to deal with and i feel like im alone but seeing this video reminds me that i am not along and i can fight thru this

@MissMeagan12 awww I'm sorry you're having to go through this! I wish they would hurry up and find a cure, or some kind of preventative! You're deffinatly NOT ALONE! :) feel free to add me on facebook facebook(DOT)com/Pinkhoney0269 and I can add you to some support groups and suggest IC friends... (there's a huge group of us on there, I've got over 150 IC friends on my friends page :) )
