This same definition has been used in many decisions handed down by the Supreme Court in the past. This text is still in use today.

Clearly you are mis informed. To be a "natural born citizen", you have to be born on US soil, and BOTH of your parents must be US citizens. The Constitution does not allow just any citizen to be President. If it did, we could have the anchor babies of terrorists become President.
