Yes, it certainly is, for this case. Body cone (centered by the angular velocity vector) rolls around the space cone (centered by the angular momentum vector).

Is it correct that the speed of the points on the cone that coincide with the purple vector (at a certain time) have zero speed relative to the x,y,z axes?
