Don't think of him as someone you have to fake it with. He knows everything that happens to you, and he cares, and in the bible he says he will help those you call out to him. He gives you every breath. If you want, you could pray some psalms prayers. I don't really know any well enough to write though...

thanks 4 putting this song up. it totally describes me and i want God's help. but i don't know how 2 speak to Him at the moment, I can't pray or sing to him even when I try my hardest.

I think everyone has a God they pray to so I believe the God is universal. That being said I do love this song and hope that God does help me because I do feel like I am running out of time and do not really care.
