not drivers fault in 0:20 you can see that there is a red light for pedstrians so the cyclist should not be on the road.

A bicycle is a *vehicle*. The bicyclists need to follow the traffic signs. A pedestrian, too, needs to follow the traffic signs. Either way, the person that crossed the road did it on a red light. Not the driver's fault... unless he was speeding. These car cams make everyone look like they are speeding. 57 mph?!? The bicycles needs to be on the right side of the road (U.S.) or on designated bike paths. No headlight, tail light, reflectores, helmet(?), xing red light... he was asking for it.
