that might work i just got so many of them about 800lbs in the basment that are dry and about 1300lbs on the summer kitchen drying in the bags seems to be working ok for now

nice harvest, you can see in our garden vid we have a grass problem too, but no tiller (except me and my trusty spade). This 1st year was lame but i expect more in years to come from the fruit trees. but we are done this year already have snow on the ground as of oct 10.

If you can take a rake (not a leaf rake ) and rake the top as much and as hard as you can this should let the frost in and kill of some of the roots (grass) this is alittle easyer and faster than shoveling the whole thing

Good harvest man! : ) Considering the way this year's gone, I think ya made out pretty good. *thumbs up* Look at corn this year,I'm amazed they even got a crop! LOL When its usually 6-7 feet, it was only knee/waiste high this year.

yes its realy low to the ground alomst 1/3 of waht it should be in some places alot are giving up on silage and are going to combine it as long as was dont get a heavy snowfall in nov like last year could be realy tricky i will be watching the price
