we have a supreme court tht says its ok to peddle all kinds of violence and porn, we have a lot of blame put on his mom but his biological dad never held to account, since when did divorce end a parents relationship to their kid? Mostly broken judicial sys, all kinds of programs but no one monitors, drug and dope filled society.........sympathy to all..

You had the choice to give the criminal 10 years or life but know that if the criminal gets released in the future & committs another violent crime, you the judge will have to serve a few years in prison. Would you give the criminal 10 years or life?

If the judge believes that the criminal can be rehabilitated after he committed any violent crime & decides to go light on the criminal, then the judge should be tied to that criminal. Lets say that criminal reoffends & rapes a little girl. The little girl now has to live the rest of her life like that because the judge didn't want to punish the criminal to the fullest extent of the law. I'm pretty sure my idea would

In regards to murders, rape & child Malestation cases, any judge that allows these predators a 2nd chance should be tired to these predator's futures. If the judge doesn't give the predator a full life sentence & the predator does his time & gets out & "Reoffends," then the judge should get the same sentence as the predator gets when the predator gets tried again. Letting this criminal out & allowing him the opportunity to reoffend, then it is just as much the judge's fault as the predator.
