Why is everyone so defensive about this? Saying that this isn't good isn't hating, it's the truth.

Her voice is just plain bad, screechy and off key the whole time. Not just this song, but the whole album. The bad voice combined with the horrible production just makes it a bunch of noise. Her second album was much better, and her singing definitely improved to an extent.

Lol you must think that American Idol and The Voice are good indicators of talent and creativity (as opposed to generic radio music). Transylvanian Hunger by Darkthrone and Cosmetic Plague by Rudimentary Peni are great examples of what I am talking about. The vocal style and quality of recordings is nothing like what you would find on those shows (as far as I'm concerned, you think you're a judge on one of those shows). Nonetheless, those continue to be great songs.

You're seriously trying to tell me what I know and don't know? I just sprayed whiskey all over my laptop from laughing. I never said that someone's voice or quality had to be perfect. But if someone's voice is bad and the quality sounds like it was recorded with an old hair dryer, you would listen to it anyway because it's real rock music. That's pretty much what you just told me. Has nothing to do with talent, uniqueness, or actually writing an original song. Thanks for the laughs.

If you think that rock musicians, especially from her background, care about such things as having perfect voice and production quality, then you don't know anything about rock music (although the argument could be made that Kelly Osbourne is a weak example of rock music, it is a rock song nonetheless).
