  • Slayer is my favorite band and its gonna stay that way for a very long time, I love the new album!!

  • if you think about it... basically no MTV rotation, no radio play, no mainstream press...and this band debuts an album at number 5 in america...

...that is one powerful entertainment source, with a true and die hard fan base. a fan base earned on the road, and by making a valued product everytime they put out a disc.

  • @TheKaiserJack No. the only thing I know is, Araya is Catholic, and, Kerry King is aggains religion.

  • slayer is not satanic... right???

  • @zombieholic I was thinking the same thing. I saw the album stocked in Wal-Mart. I bought it at HMV to get the special edition but I saw the album at Walmart as well.

Maybe it's just a canadian thing.

  • wierd not sold in walmart? I bought the album in walmart here in canada.

  • if only people knew wat a sellout was...the only reason people call metallica sellouts is because its just a dumb trend created by people who didnt like metallica during their master of puppets era, and if they sold out, so did megadeth, and anthrax, just because you change their sound from thrash to hard rock does not make you u a sell out, they didnt do that to sell more records, they did that because they wanted kirk and jason to write more stuff, kirk is a jazz and blues guitarist
