Actually, the DC Animated universe (Or Timmiverse, named after Bruce Timm) is seperate from the comics version. It wasn't ever made particularly clear if Titans was actually connected to the Timmiverse at all, I just thought it was a nice touch or a subtle jesture.

@Mrspikeprime Both are works by the company DC Comics. And in the original comics, Robin and Starfire's daughter Nightstar is a character too. So, yes, they are both in the same universe.
