Basically, what's left of the guys who rebelled against the Mexican government are massing near the US border. Your job is to stop that and find out why.

You guys aren't alone; when Rainbow Six: Vegas came out, there was a lot of criticism from Vegas, especially from the police because in the game, they insist everything's under control when it's pure chaos. Tom Clancy games can hit close to home.
