lol i've heard almost every single one of these at some point or another.. my fave was a lady who INSISTED that she was right in ordering her no-foam cap, even though i told her there was no such thing. therefore i called it out as a latte and gave it to her

You don't insult customers like this. The names of the drinks are clearly not in English, and first timers aren't going to know how to pronounce them correctly.
