I figured out that you can use the Mupen64 emulator to map 5 button-combinations, so I created this.

The ocarina can play a C4 scale with added C#4, D#5 and E5. The D#5 note is a little false though, especially in OoT...

With this knowledge, I mapped the keys on my keyboard as if it was a piano, and got playing :). This particular segment contains 2 notes I don't have, so I try to mask it with vibrato.. I think it is three of the notes that is supposed to be an octave up too, but it still kinda works :p.

The bass was supposed to be done with the Zora guitar, but I found out it spanned too many octaves, so I created a midi instead.

If I get positive response from this then I might make more, even requests. Enjoy!
