Ehrman hardly owns infidel guy. "More evidence for Jesus than any other figure?" Hardly. Hard evidence? What hard evidence? The gospels? Ha. Paul knew Jesus' relatives? Only James. But Paul barely speaks about an earthy Jesus. Never quotes him, never tells stories about him. Never says, "Remember when Jesus said..." NOTHING. Neither do any of the other writers of the epistles.
