MATTER OF INJUSTICE AND PUBLIC CORRUPTION

My name is Gregory D. Albright and this is my story, due to what I had witnessed and experienced within the Colorado Criminal Justice System I initiated an advocacy as a jail house counsel, then Lay Advocate then on to a Legal Consultant in the asserting the Civil, Human and Constitutional Rights to effect political and social change for the betterment of the human condition.

During the tenure of this endeavor that has now spanned 3.5 years I came across two instances of public corruption which spawned three litigations. One of the issues I placed before both the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the Colorado Supreme Court under an Original Jurisdiction Petition in the 1st Instance. (Dean Carbajal, 07SA340, recently this case was overturned). The other case, for a Sharee Ruffin, was also placed in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado which involved housing discrimination, toxic mold, and fraud concerning federally subsidized housing.
