Yeah, I remember, after prepping my gear for tomorrow, studying and practicing, and helping the other candidates, that I'd usually hit the rack at around 2330. . . and that was when I didn't have billet responsibilities, Firewatch, or essays to write.
Reveille at 0500. . . which means you get up at 0400 to shave, make racks, organized gear, and so a thousand other little things.
You got 5 hours of sleep when you were lucky. At least that was what happened in my platoon.

@aznkent29 The Marines are a branch of the Navy derp

@steven4068 i never said they weren't an elite fighting force.....i just said i don't find anything interesting in the army that i would be interested in.....and yes, i've heard of them on black hawk down.....they're part of the army.....kinda like the navy seals is part of the navy etc.....

@aznkent29 There is much for you to learn if you do not think the Army has an elite fighting force. Have you ever heard of the Green Berets or the Delta Force?

@steven4068 yeah but the thing is that i don't have any interest in the army......it seems like theres nothing i would like about it......i like the AF cuz it seems to fit my style of personality.....and the marines attract me cuz im very interesting in being part of an elite warrior group.....and i think i'm tough enough for it.....its hard for me to decide which branch to join....lol
