The GT3 RS would be a more fair match around a track. But in a straight line.. a 997 Turbo (especially the GT2) will smoke any F430.

the turbo 997 should have no problem with the scuderia,in fact its faster.the gt2 will eat it alive.

i kind of agree that ferrari care more than porsche about design but the porsches are with no doubt more reliable than ferraris, well thats why you see 10 porsches to 1 ferrari..becase not everyone wants to go to the carshop to check his car..its expensive and not practical..if you want a car to ride everyday ferrari its not the one for sure...about performance...as we talked before, the best porsche is exacly as fast as the best ferrari so..

@demorider yes, is my opinion but in most models are more technical, expensive, more and more treated in the internal and performance of the Porsche seems like a fact. Besides, here in Italy we see about 10 porsche and 1 ferrari in the street, there is a difference.

I understand but I prefer the Ferrari because they are italian car, more expensive and usually more powerful and beautiful

@cobra88901 from 0-100 gt2 rs is not the best porsche because it is rwd 911 turbo s can do it in 3.3 if im no mistaken.. but i think that from 0-200 it is exacly the same as the ferrari 599 gto 9.8sec...any way if i had the money i would go to porsche because im more like a porsche person xD still i like ferrari alot lol, i just picture myself in a porsche better :D

@demorider just looked at the technical data of the last 911 gt2 rs and 3.5 s 0-100 mph top speed 330 km, the Ferrari Enzo (3.6 s, 351 km per hour) that the new 599 GTO is the fastest (3.4 s 340 km or 335), with regard to the 458 Italian is virtually the same speed (3.4 s 325 km)

@demorider yes a cgt beat a 599 for a little bit but the gt2 no, only a 599 gto or a enzo can beat a carrera gt in a drag race
