Supernatural 6x15 - Misha Collins's Twitter

When Raphael launches an attack, Balthazar transports Sam and Dean to a parallel world where they are mistaken for two actors named Jared and Jensen, who star in a TV series called Supernatural, which is about two brothers who hunt monsters for a living. The Winchesters must cope with some familiar faces in different roles when they discover that "Jared" is married to an actress who looks like the demon Ruby, and Castiel resembles a tweet-happy actor named Misha Collins.

Unless when the "producers" intended parallel universe, they never wrote that it was going to be their own universe AKA TV land, just a random parallel universe? Which is why the "crew" never saw any of that coming, like Virgil and Sam/Jared and Dean/Jense being surprised to find themselves in TV land.

Ok, I am not really asking about how he GOT the script, but the contents of the script. Anyway, if that's the case, shouldn't the "crew" in this episode have wrote that Sam and Dean entered TV land? Doesn't if reflect back to them that somehow, whatever they wrote and intended actually came to life, and the Jensen and Jared they knew became Dean and Sam after they went through that wall/mirror/whatever/I-can't-r­emember in this world?

What I didn't get was how "Misha" got that script. So in this universe, they were filming the same episode of Jensen and Jared entering a parallel universe? So shouldn't they technically know that Jensen and Jared here aren't really Jensen and Jared, but Dean and Sam? I mean, ok, it's hard to believe. But wouldn't they get that clue? Especially since something is off about them?
