  • Where abouts is his real world studio?

  • Real World is in the village of Box in Wiltshire (West of England) - the nearest big town is Bath, I think.

The buildings were an old water mill I believe.

  • sort of interesting... but I thought there might actually be some recording at real world studios going on in this video. hmm...

  • That is actually what we're doing in the studios, making up sound collages on the multitrack - ok, you don't actually see us playing the instruments, but believe me there is recording taking place.

  • well let's see some ha. all I really remember from the video was people walking around. also, when u work in RWS, is gabriel ever there? if so, how often?

  • Peter Gabriel was there, we saw him a couple of times. He came into the studio whilst we were recording (with a bunch of friends - possibly actors) and had a chat with us. We also met him in the refectory. It's quite a big place, not sure how many studios - we were probably in the smallest one. We stayed overnight in a house which used to be Gabriel's home, I believe.

  • Both the passing high speed trains and the special appearance of Melanie Gabriel at 1:10 add to the authentic 'Real World Studios' atmosphere. :o)

  • I like this music, interesting stuff. why cant stuff like this be noticed instead of that hardcore and rap shit.

  • that's pretty damn cool though. i've been a huge gabriel fan for years. i've seen him twice in concert (the growing up live tour) and would probably kill for the chance to meet him haha. him, tom waits, or paul mccartney.
