FUN FACT!
Yeah so Lauren and I got kicked out of Grey Nuns (one of our university residences) for, and I quote: "Using an educational facility for educational purposes" while we were in the middle of filming.

Anyway, it worked out in the end, seeing as the people at Hingston Hall were kind enough to let us shoot the rest of it there. Everything you see here was shot using a Bolex 16mm camera and cut together using Final Cut Express HD.

Yeah it was supposed to be set up as the building from which he's looking out when he's sitting on the window sill, so that one's on me. I'll try getting a new shot of it, or I'll just omit it entirely

Probably, though he usually seems better when he's playing two people, that way everyone's so impressed with his versatility, that they don't even notice he screwed up half his lines!

Well the 'rolled together' feel of it can be explained: See, one of our group members didn't see eye-to-eye with the rest of us, and was unwilling to go with what we had in mind. So we decided to give her a 30-second segment all to herself, as explained in the description of the video.

Also what exactly was it that made it seem pretentious/"pseudo-artsy"? If you could point out particular scenes that'd be more helpful.

The premise is supposed to be about a man in a mental hospital who lost his dad, just to clear that up. Oh and the point of the project is to mess with the audience's perception of time and space... at least that's what the assignment sheet says.
