  • An amazing cover which, frankly, I did not know. It seems that it has not been officially released, and is a real displeasure.

For that I thank you, Marianna: always you know mean something really valuable, to sip.

The divine voice of Bowie is certainly capable of opening the door towards Heaven, so much high and touching is his knocking, from (not only) the human abyss ...

    Grand video.

thank you Fiorella, i'm glad i uploaded something new to some fans that you like :-)

I too adore the way he sings it.

  • This is so ridiculously over the top, but I got to say that this has to be one of Bowie's best vocal performances ever. Seriously.

  • incredible, perfection

  • Hmmmmm... I'm a big Bowie fan, but, I'm dissappointed in this interpretatation of this song.. Check out Dylan's original verson from Time Out Of Mind...

  • @MrGrevy oh yes it is :)

  • Didn´t know this song, from Bowie covering Dylan. A pleasure for ears and eyes (very good slide pass) Thank you for uploading!

  • what can I say.... WOW

  • Wonderful voice!!

  • Great to hear some Bowie that I've not heard before. I'll check out Dylan's version, which I assume will be very different but with the all essential spark

  • @ivankaramasov It's not the least bit "over the top", regardless of what you think that means.

  • A huge disappointment. The song is beautifully poetic. About the only weak line is "Trying to get to heaven before they close the door". Dylan often uses lines like this ironically-- he just hangs them out there and lets them be. Bowie features the line over and over, making it seem as stupid as it is. Furthermore the song is so good, so brilliant, that it doesn't need the elaborate production. The production diminishes it.

  • @ivankaramasov He has got so many best vocal performances ....
