To answer both your comments. This was a factory, manufactured packaging material for shipping, styrofoam etc...No one lost their home, but it put a lot of people out of work. As far as what is falling in front of the camera, I think you may be seeing the transitions that go from scene to scene, They appear to be falling. Othere than that, there may have been some embers, and there were numerous collapses of the building during this fire.

when this fire was burning at this point in time i was pump operator at the 5th/Lycoming job engine55, now that was a ripper from hell. 2story mid row heavyfire throughout.... i was so glad i wasnt at this 6 alarmer

This was a city block by city block 4 story wharehouse. It manufactured & shipped packaging materials. Bulk of the material was Styrofoam for packing.
