@icemachine79 Since you state that wormholes are dead, explain why or show me the research and I'll show you someone who is stating a theory. Do you think it's possible that someone not educated in the sciences per say can know things a scientiist doesn't yet know? Even if you are right, I'm talking about freeways in space.

@icemachine79 several weeks ago scientists gathered in DC to conference about their seeing through the hubble two objects in space in orbit around one, while the two objects were hotter than the one they orbitted. Explain that! Now I know someone will BUT so could a 10 yr old come up with something.

@icemachine79 We NEVER have ALL the information. Mysticism is to date a catch all tag that gives some licence to dramatize and elevate themselves, though at it's roots was simply attempts to explain what we otherwise don't have a normal material comprehension of. Just because you don't want to consider that what I am sharing could have some basis in fact, doesn't mean it's mysticism, except to you. Quantum physics is also very simple when you scrape away all the cult terminology.

@icemachine79 Humans can only alter reality in their own and other's heads, though they can muck up environments and lives galore in the process. Reading & taking courses on physics doesn't enable someone to have any common sense about our reality. Anyone who says something can't happen or determines when it might exists in an illusion about themselves and who they listen to.

@3spm cont. In the meantime we need patience, and we also need to not jump to conclusions based on spotty evidence. Misunderstanding of things like the observer effect have caused people to think they can alter reality with their minds, which is ridiculous. Focusing on things that merely have anecdotal evidence or no evidence at all is a waste of time and resources. I'm just tired of science being misunderstood as a concept; I didn't mean it to come out as a personal attack and I'm sorry.

@3spm Mysticism is trying to fill in the blanks before you have all the information. That's why I made the "leaping before you walk" comment. Quantum physics has opened up a whole new world of understanding, but it doesn't alter reality. We just have a deeper understanding of why things work the way they do, and perhaps it will allow us to do some things we think are impossible now, but it will be well into the future before that happens.

@3spm An instant as in a Plank epoch - the smallest subdivision of time that is possible. No information - including matter - could be sent through them. The only way to stabilize such a structure would be with material that would violate several basic laws of physics. Its basically the same thing that prevents us from traveling faster than light in normal space. I'm not saying that other methods couldn't be found, but wormholes are a dead end (no pun intended).
