My grandpa bought this truck new. It was handed down to my dad and now to me. It was in real rough shape when i got but over the years i have been able to bring it back to life. It has the original 283 with a 4 speed.

the only thing i dont like is how you put that long shifter on there but any who its a nice truck the 65 is my favorie year.

Nice truck I got one just like yours well mines a 64 nd the color it's apple red but it's still under construction........

@grimmthezombie a parts store, i think napa, yes a used a spray gun, the primer was all rattle can tho

im 17 and im Restoring my Grandpas 1965 Chevy C10. 230 Inline 6 3 speed on the column :) my Gpa bought it when i was i think 3 years old i got it ROUGH. lol but its got 70,XXX original miles on it and the engines rebuilt. and its gona be fun. im gona paint mine just like this 1 its sharp and like you said jides alot lol

good looking truck, nice to see your dash isnt hacked up for aftermarket stereo like mine is =( I need to weld in a new piece and find a stock radio or aftermarket made to look stock.
