if this song should be edited without drum could be one of the masterpieces of the band

@CookieDolly i see your point. robert says he doesn't aim to make poltically in the now type music that loses its message over time. he has said he likes to make timeless music that can lead us back to introspection. I think this exemplifies your point. If you like this song you have to like bare of WMS. personally i think its one of their best songs ever made. Its just lesser known. A forest is their best song. talk about timeless!

Love this song sooooooooooooo much. It's funny how we can hear a song and then 5 years later hear the same song and even though our lives are completely different, we still feel exactly the same way when we hear it. I think even though we grow as people, our core stays the same and that's why we can still be moved to tears with a song like this years and years later.

Robert is also playing a 6 string bass
-
The colour and different shades of my bass looks like the guitar Robert is using or is that a 6-string bass? Probably it is. I think Perry was definitely playing a 6-string bass here.

This is the most melancholic song from Wild Mood Swings album. It is a masterpiece and I always end up in tears listening to it.
