Can i use the g-major with this setup?
No DI input....
Instead of the palmer the art DTI will work with the g-major?
Thanks

Hey man great video! I have this amp and glad there's a way for effects. I have a question.
I have a line 6 m13 that has multiple ins and outs. Is there really a need for the ART SLA-2 if I want to run a similar set up as yours in this vid? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Oh my god, for all this time I've been wondering how to get effects after the gain of my single channel head that doesn't have an FX loop.

Why not just run one side of the SS amp dry, and the other wet, eliminating the need for the head?

Defn 1 of the best "tone" demos I've ever heard on Utube !!!

sounds great almost as mine sunburst
Very good video, man.
I've just tried a similar setup, only that I'm using a line out of an attenuator, what makes things even more interesting.
But what about tremolos, pitch shifiting and fxs like that?

@Bdh777
Tremolo or Pitch shifting should better go in front of the amp (for pitch shifting, if it's a slight addition à la EVH, it can go to the Wet Wedges).

That sounds really good...are you using an XLR to 1/4 inch adapter to go form the Palmer to the Axe?
Also...I was under the impression the SLA2 has banana clips as its outputs...did you make a custom cable?

@deathlord28
Hey there, the answers are yes and yes (in fact lacking the right cable I used a DI between the Palmer and the Axe.)
