NATO members, like Canada, share constellations of satellites up in orbit. Few nations can match out network security & data speed globally.
4th Gen fighters, such as the Super Hornet, lack the embedded computing power & sensor links. Which CANNOT be added to 4th Gen. fighters via a refit.
