but dr young says that our bodies need salt, and this is one of the biggest misconceptions in the medical field.. Our bodies run on salt,,, we need salt... Dr robert young, author of the Ph miracle says so

Thanks Mike for the comments. Much appreciated. I like mixing different greens like spinach, kale, chard, etc. with spices or garlic and avacado in a food processor. Yummy. Lots of recipes on line for raw foods so you won't get bored. Even if you have 80% vegan (alkaline) this is very good.
