good reply. A lot of people say the Mr2 is a poor mans Ferrari. I say it is a smart mans Ferrari. I have nothing against Ferrari, great cars , but how many have you seen actually been driven more than50-60 thousnand kms

@TCoops ikr in australia a bmw z4 (i think) promo got banned cause it was doing burnouts and donuts. mind you though it was paint on like a plastic canvas on the ground in a warehouse. apparently it encouraged hooning

You dont see promo's like that anymore. These days it's usually glamor shots of a car cruising through city lights, people loading a pram in the back.. Now THIS is like.. Irresponsible racing/drifting/spinning out. Oh the critics would be going crazy. Man.. How much does our neutered culture suck these days..

At 1:56: "Very very steady. I'm in complete control of this car." AAAAAAHAHAHAHA! You must not be driving it too terribly fast you fool! HAHAHAHAHA!!!! I love my MR2 but it is NOT forgiving or confidence inspiring. Credit the high belt line. They might as well have put the motor on the t-tops :-) Wouldn't trade mine for anything though. @Aztech355 driven it and several AW11's, i like them... not a fan a such of lotus's... unless its an elan or a beauty like that.

The fact of the matter is that Lotus worked with Toyota. I own a 91 MR2 turbo and it's wonderful so anyone that doesn't like it can suck a nut. I like Ford also, but Sports cars all day for me.
