Thats because this is most likely a new plane for Korean Air. As such, this is Paine Field (in other words - AIRPORT BOEING). Thus this plane is empty and being tested. At most it would only have VIP's and and their luggage, IF it was being delivered to Seoul (Korea).
The net essence is you are correct, very short takeoff.
