Got back into training just over a month ago. Figured I'd attempt to record a video of myself jumping. Tried to record some dunks but I wasn't jumping well with a ball that day. I'm wearing my training shoes, too, so my reach is about 8'1" in those and there is very little rebound from the shoes themselves. Sadly, the court isn't as good for jumping as the one I used to record on, so I feel like I could definitely get higher with better conditions. Not bad, though, considering I haven't done serious vertical jump training in about a year.
Body weight was about 206 that day.
Video was recorded with my phone's camera. I had to convert the file to be able to edit the video, and in the process lost some of the already limited quality. After saving the edited video, I found out the quality is even worse. Oh well, just sit far away and squint a little.
Welcome back man! strength is still there , good jumps! :D
So what happened from last April?

@Ben1O16
Third year of med school happened. I would be able to work out one month, and then not be able to fit the gym into my schedule for several months at a time. Hopefully that's back to normal now, at least until a year from July when I start residency :o
