@JoArsha I don't have a top ten.. you cant compare and rate an artist by there styles, there all to unique, but you can have a favored style that appeals to you more. what do you call hip hop? that shit on the radio I call pop rap.. or trash.. there in totally separate category's, so I do not see the relevancy in bringing up there names in a page like this.

Othello and the whole Lightheaded crew is what hip hop needs. A consciece strong message mixed with music for your soul. If you cats just heard this you should also check out artists like Blu and Exhile, Propaganda and Odd Thomas, and of course the more famous J Dilla
