42 U.S.C. § 1983 makes the individual TSA employee personally accountable for his action and not protected by the organisation. Just the threat of this should do enough but if not you could always bring them to court.

  • That is all nice and everything, but THE CONSTITUTION IS DEAD. We have a dictatorship now. I do not think any law suit will be efective. I think it will be actulay used to single out the people not happy with the status quo...

  • @slonamu i think half the point is threatening to sue the individual with this specific suit and scare them e specially if they know what it is they might back off.

  • 5 USC 7311 - Sec. 7311. Loyalty and striking

    An individual may not accept or hold a position in the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia if he -

    (1) advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government;

    (2) is a member of an organization that he knows advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government...

    shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year and a day, or both. (and removed from office.)

  • @crackerwv if everyone threatened these types of lawsuits and carried them out if necessary this whole thing would be over tomorrow. I wish people would work together where everyone would contribute to a fund for the citizen taking the TSA etc. scum to court.

  • @zidmt Stupid compensated sociopath accepting that his rights are taken away like a good little and compliant slave. You choose your life, we choose ours. You want to live to serve your GOVERNMENT instead of your PEOPLE, then you are nothing more than a bitch to those in uniform or claim to be your representatives. As for me, being a "stupid hick" as you call us is better than being anyone's bitch. Dumbass uninformed dupe. Oh well...we all have a right to FREE speech. Doesn't mean it's relevant.

  • @zidmt You keep offering your freedoms to the Feds and their goon forces, like the TSA, and see what happens to you. I'll save you some time and tell you how you'll end up, like a North Korean living under Kim Jong il, a German living in Nazi-Germany, a Russian living in the C.S.S.R. The rest of the world already sees America for what it really is and where it's going, it's just a matter of time until ALL of us Americans finally wake up to it. We're now just a shadow of the once, free America!

  • @crackerwv So, go for it!

  • @SkyBlueAugust Attorneys are improperly trained and submissive to the court through their bar certification. They know this. When it comes to judges/representatives WE put these people in power and THEY are to represent US. WE have power OVER them. Through their oath of office, all US/state officials are under maritime contract law but we are not. This is exactly how WE can use laws against them they cannot use against us. They are 100% susceptible to class action suits based on 42 USC 1983.

  • Stupid hicks so afraid of the TSA....waaaa my constitutional rights are being taken away...cry me a river. You get patted down before going on a airplane big deal, grow up. Don't like it? Sell your story to the families of 9/11 victims, see how far your parinoia carries you there.

  • @crackerwv Are you an attorney? I think it would be a great idea to put together a class action.

  • @ImASovereignMan If it is a felony under fictional law. If a person violated common law taking someone's life liberty or property, then they would be liable for that action and their rights taken away. If it was for something like carry a few ounces of weed, then yes, it could be applied 100% even if you were under contract because terms of contracts are NEVER held sacred by the government.
