More ICC demolition in Cashell,more wounds in Sycamore

Inter-County Connector constructionn crews have destroyed all the homes on the East side of Garret Road and have
removed the original Rdland Road roadbed. They are furiously digging to create the ICC underpass at Redland Road.

At Shady Grove, crews have nearly finished the Shady Grove Road overpass sidewalls. On or about June 22 they have anounnced 15 minute closures of Shady Grove Road-presumably to install the overpass support beams. On the East end of ICC Contract A, crews have hacked a path from Ga Ave to Emory Land-crossing Rock Creek North Branch at an unknown time. Was this doine during the RC North Branch "trout protection" Blackout of March 1 to July 31? If so, they have broken the law.

As other such moratoria expire("Vernal Pools" June 31), will ICC construction come roaring out of Cashell Estates towards Winter's Run? Will they jump over Emory land and hack a path to Muncaster Mill Road?

What future waits for neighborhoods in the ICC's path?
