Now, the Eunich said he believed Christ was the "Son of God" - which parrells to what Peter said before recieving the keys, but is that the same confession as believing about Christ's death for the sin of mankind, burial and ressurection on the third day?

There is not a lot of all the details in every account. We know that Phillip got it right in Acts 8:5-12, when the spirit was given after Peter opened the door to the northern Samaritan Hebrews.
Like in Acts 18:24-28.

Like in Acts 18:24-28. Apollos' conversion is likewise not detailed, but he was a follower of John, so we make our assertions based on a more clear text in Acts 19:1-7 on how the Hebrew followers of John were converted to a resurrected Christ in the New Testament.
Cults love unclear text's, and build there doctrines on them. What is noteworthy, is that he professes faith before being baptized.
